BP承诺出资1亿美元用于新的温室气体减排项目浴用具

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯3月26日消息，英国石油(BP)周二表示，公司已为其上游油气业务型材设立了1亿美元的基金，用于减少温室气体排放。

这家英国能源巨头表示，这笔资金将在未来三年用于支持其勘探和生产业务中的新项目。

BP去年承诺，到2025年，其整个业务将实现350万吨的可持续温室气体减排。

DJ BP Commits $100 Million to Fund New Emission-Reduction Projects

BP PLC (BP.LN, BP) on Tuesday said it has establishe防雷器d a $100 million fund for projects aimed at reducing greenhouse-gas emissions in its upstream oil and gas operations.

The U.K. energy giant said the funds will be available over the next three years to support new projects in its exploration and production operations.微机保护

BP last year pledged to generate 3.5 million metric tons of sustainable greenhouse-gas emissions reductions across its business by 2025.

The company said the new $100 million fund is in addition to the $500 million a year it invests annually in low-carbon activities such as expanding its alternative energy business.
